1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where gelap88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You agree to deposit and wager only funds that belong to you and are derived from legitimate sources. gelap88 maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures in accordance with applicable international standards. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering or related activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

5. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the gelap88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. In the event of a conflict between general platform rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for the purposes of that particular wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. gelap88 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

gelap88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending resolution. Where a breach is confirmed, gelap88 may forfeit any bonus funds, winnings derived from prohibited activity, or balances associated with fraudulent deposits. Verified legitimate deposits may be returned at gelap88's discretion after investigation.
